E&S and OHS Manager - Group - Jumia ( Fulltime)
Manage environmental, social, and occupational health and safety systems across the group. Role sits within group E&S and HSE covering sites, logistics, contractors and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll do
- Implement and improve the corporate ESMS aligned with IFC standards
- Identify and assess E&S and HSE risks for sites and projects
- Own stakeholder engagement and external grievance mechanisms
- Manage occupational health and safety across warehouses, offices and fleet
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, audits and corrective actions
What they're looking for
- Experience implementing IFC Performance Standards or IFC-aligned ESMS
- Minimum 5 years in E&S or HSE management across multi-site or multi-country operations
- Track record managing social risk, stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanisms
- Experience reporting E&S performance to lenders or investors
- Degree in environmental, safety, social science or related field
