Lead warehouse operations for device flow, from delivery to customer-ready provisioning. Work within the Supply Chain team reporting to the Manager, Warehouse and Logistics Operations.

What you'll do

Own inbound receipt, storage and D365 and M-KOPANet postings
Plan daily provisioning allocation and manage flashing and enrolment SLAs
Ensure IMEI upload accuracy and resolve escalations across systems
Supervise Handlers and Provisioning Team and drive reconciliation
Deliver weekly and monthly reconciliation and quality reporting

What they're looking for

HND or BSc in a business-related field
Diploma in Store/Warehouse Management or Procurement is advantageous
Over 3 years in a similar role with ERP experience
Proven team management and process improvement skills
