Graduate Management Trainee - Jumia (Full Time)
Two-year graduate management trainee role within Jumia's Commercial team working with vendor brands. The programme combines on-the-job projects, mentoring and training to prepare graduates for commercial roles.
What you'll do
- Manage vendor relationships and commercial processes from day one
- Ensure brands are promoted, available and well presented on the platform
- Analyse sales, pricing and assortment data to find growth opportunities
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to drive sales
- Lead projects with mentor support and attend training and coaching
What they're looking for
- First degree from an accredited university, graduating in 2025
- National Service completed with NSS Certificate or Release Letter
- Minimum three months relevant internship experience
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel and strong problem solving
- Fluent English and willingness to relocate during the programme
