Trading Engineer
Work on backend engineering for Busha Pro, the companys crypto and fiat spot exchange. Responsible for building, operating and improving trading systems for order matching and trade execution.
What you'll do
- Operate and harden the Busha Pro exchange in production
- Design, build and optimise backend systems for trading capabilities
- Develop and improve matching engine, order books and execution workflows
- Implement safeguards, risk checks and reliable ledger settlement
- Benchmark, load-test and monitor performance and reliability
What they're looking for
- 5-7+ years professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with trading systems or real-time transaction platforms
- Strong in Go or strong in Rust, C++ or Java and willing to use Go
- Experience with low-latency, high-availability and data consistency systems
- Familiarity with crypto and fiat infrastructure, risk and settlement
