Engineering Manager
Manage cross-functional engineering teams to plan and deliver product features. Work within a product area to ensure technical quality, execution, and observability of services.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams
- Translate product requirements into EPICs and technical user stories
- Plan and drive sprint execution, timelines, and dependency management
- Participate in design decisions, code reviews, and incident response
- Ensure monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, and post-release product metrics are met

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years experience as a software developer or similar role
- 5+ years building production systems with Java and Spring Boot
- Minimum 3 years proven engineering leadership experience managing teams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project planning tools
