Incubation Agent - Jumia (Full Time)
Acquire and onboard sellers onto Jumia's marketplace, ensuring they are ready to sell. Work within the seller acquisition/incubation function to train and support new vendors.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through multiple acquisition channels
- Validate lead quality
- Convince sellers to go live on Jumia
- Complete seller onboarding via Self-Sign Up form
- Train sellers and ensure they are admin-ready
