Data Privacy & Protection Director

Lead Moniepoint’s data privacy and protection strategy within the Compliance department. Ensure NDPA 2023 and other data protection laws are implemented across products and operations.

What you'll do

• Implement a data privacy governance framework including Binding Corporate Rules
• Develop policies and procedures to meet NDPA 2023 and other regulations
• Conduct DPIAs and coordinate data breach response activities
• Liaise with regulators, financial institutions, and customers on privacy matters
• Deliver privacy training and conduct routine privacy audits

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
• At least 10 years hands-on data protection or compliance experience
• Proven experience with audits, DPIAs, and breach management
• Relevant data protection/privacy certifications highly preferred
