Data Entry Officer (Edo)
Data Entry Officer responsible for entering and maintaining merchant and product data for the Moniebook onboarding team. Role sits within the Onboarding function supporting merchant go-lives and data quality for retail customers.
What you'll do
- Enter and update merchant product, SKU, pricing, and inventory data
- Process and validate bulk spreadsheet and CSV data imports
- Perform data checks, de-duplicate, and correct inconsistent records
- Prepare merchant accounts and configuration data for onboarding
- Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from onboarding and support teams
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years in data entry, data operations, or similar role
- High attention to detail with proven accuracy handling large data volumes
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools
- Based in Edo State - Oredo
