Head, POS Recovery

Lead end-to-end recovery of non-performing POS terminals for the POS Channel. Manage field recovery operations, strategy, economics, and reporting for terminal assets.

What you'll do

• Own the terminal recovery lifecycle and escalation frameworks
• Lead and manage a distributed field recovery team across regions
• Design SOPs and training for all recovery scenarios and agents
• Define and track recovery KPIs and report monthly on performance
• Ensure recovery economics keep costs below recovered terminal value

• Minimum 7 years in large-scale field operations or asset recovery
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing distributed field teams across Nigeria
• Experience managing third-party service providers or contractors
• Direct experience with Nigerian logistical and regulatory context
