Data Entry Officer (Enugu)
This role performs accurate data entry and maintenance for merchant accounts and product catalogs on the Moniebook platform. The position sits within the Onboarding team supporting merchant go-lives and data readiness.
What you'll do
- Input and update merchant product, inventory, pricing, and customer records
- Process and validate bulk spreadsheet and CSV data imports
- Conduct data quality checks and correct errors or duplicates
- Prepare merchant accounts and catalogue configurations for onboarding
- Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding and Support teams within SLAs
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years in data entry, data operations, or similar role
- Completed NYSC or hold valid exemption/exclusion certificate
- High attention to detail and proven accuracy with large data volumes
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools
