Inventory Support Officer (South East)
Two Inventory Support Officer roles managing POS terminals or spare parts within the Repair Centre. Both roles sit in the Repair Centre operations reporting to Inventory and Repair Centre leads.
What you'll do
- Receive and log devices or spare parts into the IMS within required timeframes
- Track and update repair pipeline status through all repair stages
- Perform dispatch processing and scan devices at serial level during loading
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile against IMS records
- Maintain zoned storage, labelling, and enforce inventory control procedures
What they're looking for
- Minimum of OND in a related discipline
- At least 2-year experience in inventory operations
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and workflow applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision
