Legal Associate

What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Create and maintain clause libraries, playbooks, and guidance materials
- Perform legal research on virtual assets, blockchain, payments, and financial services
- Support entity registration, regulatory approvals, and corporate secretarial tasks
- Manage regulatory inquiries, investigations, disputes, and liaison with external counsel

- 2-5 years post-qualification legal experience in relevant sectors
