Outbound Team Lead - Jumia (Full Time)
Lead the outbound pick, pack and dispatch operations at a Jumia fulfillment center. Manage the outbound team to meet shipping accuracy, timeliness, and packing material efficiency targets.
What you'll do
- Manage packing material usage to match dispatched orders
- Create and maintain packaging guidelines per item category
- Plan capacity and schedule to meet weekly volume projections
- Monitor outbound KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
- Audit shipments, investigations, attendance, and team performance

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in warehousing or outbound operations with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Must have NYSC certificate or valid exemption and be based in Abuja
