Information Systems Administrator (Abuja)
Provide first and second level IT support and manage user provisioning across collaboration and cloud tools. Work within the technology team supporting Kuda’s offices and business systems in Abuja.
What you'll do
- Respond to and resolve Jira ticketed incidents
- Provide first and second level support for collaboration and messaging tools
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
- Maintain asset register, licenses, and security configurations
- Coordinate with vendors and network support for site availability
What they're looking for
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or B.Eng and relevant certifications
- 0-3 years total experience
- Knowledge of Windows clients and servers and Google Workspace
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with IT governance, ISMS, ITIL, PCIDSS
